Welcome to Merrily Farms at Little Horse Creek, The Slower Sanctuary provided by Gary and Merri Scott.

The farm's goal is to help visitors and readers enjoy balance in life as they connect the process of affluence to the important affairs of home, family, and friends.

Often we have a deep urge to return to nature and this is why the farm is here. There is peace and serenity here. Pure waters flow from the mountains, nourishing organic food from the gardens, vegetables, eggs, chickens and geese, home grown and cooked. Hundreds of well trailed acres and plenty of exercise.

Being in the pure air and away from the crowds helps us provide programs and information on healthy living.

We are surrounded by nature's beauty. The huge, first generation trees, hemlock, oak, maple and birch, are perfect friends to lean against when you get that compelling urge to quit and just read a book.

These ancient hills and forests accept our stress and they don't say a thing. This a perfect place to visit, exercise, meditate and unwind. From sloppy - "don't-shave-or-get-up-early" weekends to purification, meditation and exercise programs that last weeks, Little Horse Creek is perfect.

Yet Merri and I did not move up here to be isolated and alone. This farm is a family center and a place where our friends and readers can visit and enjoy. We conduct courses on international investing. We also provide programs to help you start and/or expand in business.

You are invited to join our courses, seminars and get togethers or just come up and enjoy the peace and quiet, fresh water and food that is here.

Unwind, hike, enjoy nature, meditate, rest

Come alone and stay in a rustic cabin or guesthouse to unwind, hike, exercise, enjoy the surrounding nature, meditate or just rest.

Or bring your whole family and stay in one of the farmhouses, fish in the creek, play games or enjoy canoeing, cycling and many of the other outdoor amenities in the area.

Every season has something special to offer, lushness in spring, a cool creek and pond to soak in when it's hot everywhere else and real inspiration when the fall colors unleash their glory. Winters are cold but spectacular, hushed, except for crunchy walks on frosty paths and pure white scenery blanketed with snow.

We have accommodations of every type ranging from luxury farmhouses to primitive cabins tucked up in the hills. Prices as you will see are as reasonable as our accommodations are comfortable. Most of all, you find this a friendly place from those who take care of you here to the neighbors you might see if you are hiking the paths and trails.

Come share the peace, relaxation, rejuvenation, exercise, meditation, healing and family orientation of the farm.
